Design and Manufacture

Design

PALTECH offers design services for the adoption of waste plastic materials for existing or new products. The design phase extends to prototyping for verification of the product performance and processing with our customers.

Technology Licensing

A bespoke processing technology for the designed product can be licensed. Our customers may wish to adopt the manufacturing process in house to support most efficient use of their waste plastic material source.

Contract Manufacture

PALTECH offers commercial scale contract manufacture of polymer products. These products can be manufactured from any waste thermoplastic source. Rapid scaling of the bespoke manufacturing process can be delivered.
