PALTECH and AIT awarded Marie Sklodowska Curie “Career FIT PLUS” from Enterprise Ireland

24th March 2020

Collaboration between PALTECH and AIT was boosted today with news that Enterprise Ireland will support a 3 year project to develop recycled plastic reinforced with glass fibre under the Marie Sklodowska Curie “Career-FIT PLUS” programme, and is supported by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.

Career-FIT plus enhances the training and mobility of experienced researchers. Fellows of the program receive both an academic and industry based mentor. This structure ensures scientific and career progression with exposure to two symbiotic environments for innovation and commercialisation. Congratulations to Hadi Hesabi who will start his fellowship in June 2020.
